The MACU-BrineSVR is designed to reduce salt usage by recycling salt that would normally be discharge to drain. Through a proprietary algorithm, the MACU-BrineSVR reallocates the brine discharge back to the brine tank reducing the need for new brine. The actual percentage may vary from unit to unit but anticipate recovery is between 30% and 40%.
