How MAC Water Helped The Sludge Dewatering at Multiple Locations Throughout the USA

We designed a wastewater sludge removal process and there are multiple steps. Step 1 is to add coagulant and polymer to thicken the particles in the wastewater.
Step 2 is to remove the bulk of the solids with our MACU-Clean filters; they filter down to ~7-micron and the backwash of these filters goes to a conned bottom tank.
Step 3 is Ultra-Filtration (UF) system that filters down to ~0.01-micron. These captured particles are also backwashed into the same conned bottom tank.
Step 4 is to pump the settled particles that are the conned bottom tank through this dewatering skid.
The remaining water is then re-used in their process for a Return-On-Investment (ROI).

We looked at many different products and strategies and Russel Finex's Liquid Solid Separator fit the application.
